I have studied through TCI for the NZQA Diploma in Religious Studies stream Religious Education which I have found to be very useful when confronted with some of the more challenging questions surrounding the Christian faith that our students come up with every so often. This diploma was studied through taught courses.
I have embarked on a second diploma in Religious Studies, this time in the stream Theological Studies, some modules of which I am studying through distance education. The distance courses require a different, more disciplined approach to study but, having said this, I have found that the rapport formed with my tutor has the same friendly basis as that which I formed with my lecturers for the taught courses.
The staff at TCI is focused on a successful outcome for the student in a relaxed and supportive environment.
